- Sign in & choose a payment method in the Yenko Mobility app.
- Find the nearest available e-bike using the interactive map.
- Unlock the bike by scanning a QR code.
- Ride to your destination while the app tracks your usage.
- Park at a designated docking station and the bike will lock automatically.
Where can I park the e-bicycle?
E-bicycles must be parked at designated docking stations located across campus to ensure order and availability.
Can I reserve an e-bicycle in advance?
Yes, you can reserve an e-bicycle for up to 5 minutes before starting your ride.
What happens if my e-bicycle runs out of battery?
Our system ensures regular battery swaps at docking stations. If your bike runs low, return it to a station and pick another fully charged one.
Are there any safety rules for riders?
- Ride solo – No doubling up.
- Wear a helmet.
- Avoid using your phone while riding.
- Follow standard road safety rules.
- Stay away from restricted “No Ride” zones.
What happens if I ride into a “No Ride” zone?
The e-bicycle’s motor will automatically shut down if you enter a “No Ride” zone. You’ll need to exit the zone to restart the bike.
Is there an age limit to using Yenko Mobility services?
Yes, you must be 18 years or older and have a valid university ID to use the service.
How much does it cost to use an e-bicycle?
Pricing is based on usage time. The Yenko Mobility app will display the fare before you confirm your ride.
